SILCs need to know and understand the federal regulations and guidance that should be guiding what their councils do and
how they stay in compliance. We will review the sections of the Rehab Act that are specific to SILCs and touch on Uniform
Guidance areas to know. This will be an interactive workshop with lots of time built in for questions and discussion.

The session will be focused on the SILCs and how they can best utilize their authorities to strengthen their SILC. Attendees will be challenged to think about the strategies that can be implemented and the ways to build strength in their SILC.
