Importance of Individualized (Prison) Re-Entry Plans
Sharif Brown
Session Overview:
The importance of an Individualized Reentry Plan supports the needs and wants of the individual and allows them to be involved in the process of reentry which facilitates positive transitions back into society. Whether the reentry location is to an urbanized area or a rural area, the need to link individuals with disabilities to resources prior to release is always the best way to support individuals with their transition back into society.
